The black on the clips actually come off and sometimes fall off. Metal underneath is sharp.

The adjustable tension is nice, but the tension screws are loose enough to back themselves out, and the plastic clamp covers have come off of one tip once. Not a horrible product, especially for the price.

My wife likes them. But the rubber tips keep falling off, but a speck of glue will fix that.

These clamps were my first foray into anything BDSM or fetish related and while they were cute when I opened them, they didn't last very long and after a few days, I lost one of the bells attached to it.
