What I love most about these is that one capsule is a half serving size of your daily value. That is perfect for me because I don't need to take so many vitamins all the time, especially if you have a decent meal during the day. I take one of these three times a week and it works great. Compared to other multi vitamins I've tried, this is the best one so far. I hate that they are so expensive, but I would try to buy again in the future.

My husband and I try to buy everything we can on the clean side of things, avoiding some ingredients that can potentially be harmful to the body. It took us an extensive amount of time searching for a good brand. Kaged has whole food ingredients, good daily amount for all the ingredients and most of all, it uses a good source of Vitamin B (methylcobalamin), opposed to many other brands that use the synthetic version (cyanocobalamin), which was very pleasing. The brand also has other products that are great!

Easy to swallow & caused no GI upset even on empty stomach. Importantly product derived from natural sources. After 2 months my very low B12, iron & magnesium levels are in normal range. Energy level improving.

WHOLE FOOD multi. Easy to swallow, but I need to take it with a meal because it upsets my sensitive stomach. Capsule is easy to swallow. Have only been using for one week, but I have noticed I am not as dead tired as I have been.

These are pretty good multivitamins. I’ve bought them a few times and have no complaints other than they’re a little bit expensive.

The most recent shipment of these vitamins came with the bottle open. The company support hours are very limited and they are hard to reach. Be careful when buying.
