Absolutely Love My AquaPad! Life-Changing for Cold Winters in Western NY!
I live in Western New York, where winter seems to last forever—sometimes almost six months! The nights can get extremely cold, and even using two thick blankets never felt warm enough. For years, I used an electric blanket, but I always woke up feeling kind of drained and not fully refreshed, even after a good night’s sleep. I didn’t realize that the constant heat might have been making my body feel tired and overheated. Then I discovered the AquaPad, and it has completely changed my sleep experience! From the very first night, I noticed the difference. The AquaPad keeps the temperature perfectly balanced—not too hot, not too cold—just right for deep, comfortable sleep. I no longer toss and turn or wake up feeling sweaty or chilly. It gives me a consistent, cozy temperature all night long. Now, I only need one light blanket instead of layering multiple heavy ones, and I still feel warm and comfortable. Every morning, I wake up feeling rested, refreshed, and energized, which honestly hasn’t happened in years during wintertime. The AquaPad is simple to use, quiet, and energy-efficient, which I also love. It feels like a little piece of luxury I get to enjoy every night. I can’t imagine going through another Western NY winter without it. If you live somewhere cold or struggle to find the right sleep temperature, I can’t recommend the AquaPad enough. It’s been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for my comfort, health, and overall well-being.

Great for warm cozy bed
I like to keep my house/bedroom cool at night. However I like to be warm under the covers. I’ve used every brand of electric blanket on the market but they either don’t last or aren’t comfortable. I bought this heated pad, Oct ‘21, to stay warm and cozy at night. I had the pad on my bed each October and removed it to storage in April. I love this pad so much and recommend it to every one I know. This is an excellent purchase for the cost. Pros - variable temperature range, heats quickly, uses small amount of water, comfortable, remote control, no leaking, perfect size for mattress, & so quiet you can’t hear it running Cons - isn’t water tight so I have to add water every so often & the pad can’t be washed in a machine I’d definitely recommend to anyone to who likes to be warm and cozy in bed at night. Update: At the 5 year mark, I setup up the pad and tank for the season. I found the pump wasn’t workingLike it is suppose to. I tried many of the troubleshooting tips but couldn’t get it to work. I contacted customer service support through the company. Lena reached out quickly and walked me through the warranty steps. After much discussion, she offered to send me a new control box. I explained I had purchased a queen previously but I recently upgraded to a king mattress. Lena offered to send me a new pad to fit my new king mattress. I offered to pay for shipping but she stated it would be covered under the warranty. I loved this heated mattress before it broke but with the great customer service I love it even more. I’ll be purchasing some for my family for Christmas because it’s such a great product.

Warm, quiet but with one small maintenance issue
I’ve been using the AquaPad Water Heated Mattress Pad for about three years now, and overall, it’s a solid upgrade from traditional electric heating pads. The water-based heating feels incredibly even—there are no hot spots or wires digging into your back. The temperature control is fully digital and very responsive. However, I did notice one drawback. After a few weeks, a bit of algae and mildew started forming inside the water tank. It didn’t affect performance, but it was not pleasant experience to clean out. Despite that, the AquaPad is a fantastic, reliable way to keep your bed perfectly warm without the dry feel of electric blankets. The 5-year warranty gives me peace of mind, and it’s one of the best sleep investments I’ve made. just plan to clean it every month or two

Great product, awesome company
Summary: this blanket works really well, and customer support is great. We purchased a full-size Aquapad because we were looking for a heated blanket that doesn't emit EMF radiation like an electric blanket. We weren't able to test the blanket for about 8 months — and when we finally did, we found that the main unit was faulty; it didn't pump water. We contacted the company, and they promptly sent us a new main unit free of charge with no questions asked. When we finally got around to testing the new main unit (remember to always use distilled water), we found that it worked great. The temperature settings go from something like 50 to 149 degrees. When set at less than 100 degrees, it was pretty much useless, but when we cranked it all the way up to 149 it was more than hot enough. After laying on it for about 10 minutes, we had to turn it down to 125 or 130. My wife gets chilly often, and she absolutely loved it. The thing is, we purchased this blanket for winter tent camping, thinking it would use less power than an electric blanket, which typically lasts about 6-7 hours on a medium-high setting running off our fully charged 500Wh Goal Zero battery. In contrast, this blanket only lasted about 2 1/2 hours on battery; it used only 6 watts (close to nothing) most of the time but cranked up to 300+ watts when it was heating or pumping. Not ideal for camping unless you're at an electric site. We contacted the company again, and again they responded very quickly. We told them our situation — that the blanket was working great, but it wouldn't work for our application — and despite the fact that this was nearly a year after initial purchase, they offered us a full refund since we weren't able to test the blanket for most of that year. I sleep hot, so I wouldn't use one of these at home, but my wife liked it so much that she's planning to purchase one in the single/twin size for use on her side of the bed. Overall I was impressed by the unit, which is super quiet and heats well, and even more impressed by the company's customer service. I wish more companies operated this way. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from Aquapad again. Great product, awesome company.

So far so good! The instructions are clear, no problems setting it up or getting it started. It ran perfectly. I was entirely cosy and warm all night, I fell asleep in record time, I was not overheated. Ideal when you sleep with someone who likes the room cold and likes less blankets. You can buy the twin size and set it up just on one side of the bed. A few tips for new buyers (1) ideally it needs to be on a bedside table for operation so the height is ideal for water flow to and from the pad (2) the two silicone hoses are connected at the top where it attaches to the pump and heating unit. Carefully separate them for a couple inches/10cm so you can attach them to the machine (3) have distilled water at home as you cannot use any other water for the machine (4) you can put a basin or tray under the main unit to catch water in case it leaks (if damaged in travel) or if the hose pulls off in operation (5) you select between sleep modes with the main sleep button on the unit only, NOT with the remote (6) you can turn off the beeping by holding the dry button and (7) run it on the sterilization mode when you first set it up to help get the air out of the tubes so it runs well and heats evenly (8) put your regular fabric mattress pad and sheet on OVER this heated pad so you do not feel the little hoses and so heat spreads and is held in the insulation well. - Update - I have had it a few weeks now and I LOVE this! I put it on “dry” 20 minutes before bed then change it to the sleep cycle when I go to bed. I crawl into a cosy warm nest, and fall asleep in record time. With the normal sleep cycle I never wake up too hot. It is perfect for me!!

Imagine being warm and cozy in bed sleeping in on a Saturday morning, well this makes it feel like that all the time while never making you too hot. Also I have a cat and she hasn't wrecked it yet so good durability.

The Neat AquaPad has been a true lifesaver. At 85 years of age, my heart cannot be replaced. The mitral valve is functioning with excessive leakage. It’s such a struggle to stay warm and maintain strength. Controlled by a pacemaker, any heat source with electricity puts my heart into severe fibrillation. The AquaPad has not only been a blessing, but the only solution to an energized nights sleep and normal living.
