Our family has been using these melatonin gummies for almost 5 years and have nothing but good experiences and good things to say. The flavor is mild and enjoyable, similar to a fruit snack, eliminating any hesitation or fights to get our child to take them. Our son has struggled with sleep since birth and these have been a literal life saver. I've used Zhaler sleep gummies for a few years. They work well for helping me fall asleep. For the past couple bottles I received I noticed a slight change in taste and texture that have improved the quality I already liked the taste which is why I've bought these for years, but for the last two bottles I bought the gummies were softer and slightly sweeter, but not too sweet. I like the change and will continue buying these.
