CRAFTSMAN 3 Piece Automotive Mechanic Magnetic Pickup Tool Kit (CMMT98276)

This is a great set of tools and any auto mechanic should have this set for their basic tools. The magnetic pick up is ideal for those that have issues bending over or getting into tight places. The mirror is better than most in that is large in size and has a long extending telescope. The flex claw tool is the best for everything from picking up stuff you drop, to pulling small items that get wedged where your hands cannot go. I recently found it was the best tool I have ever used for replacing my shocks on my car. It is great for holding and placing the washer on the top of the shock along with putting the locking nut on the top and turning it to get the threads started. I think the price was perfect for these items and if I did not already have 2 of each, I would buy another one.

This is only a package-opening review: I have only taken the three tools out of the packaging and examined them, with no opportunity to use them. That said, I liked what I saw well enough to order a second set to have in another tool box. The tools seem sturdy. (I've seen the review that has the broken shaft, and I'll be careful to avoid/minimize stressing that way.) The magnet in the magnetic pickup tool is quite strong. The joint in the mirror is properly tensioned as delivered, and it's adjustable. I've never had much use for 4-fingered pickup tools, but this one works fine if I ever need it. What's incredible here, given these seem to be good (or good enough) tools, is the price. $10 for the 3-tool set? This is not a criticism of Ace Hardware whom I have had reason to appreciate, but right now these sell at Ace, individually, for at least $10 per tool. This is less than the Harbor Freight equivalent. Get it while you can.

I've already used these tool three separate times. I especially love the grabber. This was useful in pulling out a crayon that fell in our family piano. Crisis averted!

Magnet and mirror are great for any car repair DIYer. I haven't used the pick-up tool at all.

O kit apresenta 3 produtos. O que menos utilizei foi o espelho (muito pequeno) A haste com ímã é muito útil para alcançar objetos que são atraídos por ímã, mas que estão em locais difíceis de alcançar como atrás de uma estante, embaixo de uma geladeira, dentro de um ralo. Locais com o alcance dessa haste, funcionarão. A garra também segue a mesma proposta que a haste magnética. A diferença é que não precisa der atraída por ímã. Se a garra alcança, ela pega. São 3 pernas metálicas muito fortes que são acionadas no botão que fica na ponta onde fica sua mão. Já usei algumas vezes por aqui. Sem o menor problema de usar. Muito funcional. Curti e indico!
