Apple 2020 iPad Pro (12.9-inch, Wi-Fi, 1TB) - Silver (Renewed)

I bought this refurbed almost two years ago. If I have it with me, it is literally my go to device over my iPhone and my MacBook. It’s so quick. It’s got a ton of storage. I can run multiple apps at the same time. I use graphic design apps like Procreate and Photoshop and ArtStudio. I can run all three at the same time and switch back and forth between the three with no lag or delay. This is a five year old device, and I probably won’t really need a new one for another five as long as Apple continues to support it. If you’re on the fence about what to get, don’t be. Get this. It’s not incredibly expensive compared to a new one or a newer one. It’s light, too. You barely even know you’re holding it.

Device came largely as expected, I ordered an “acceptable” quality iPad Pro, there are a few light scratches on the screen that I can live with and that a screen protector will mask. Overall the device seems to work as intended. It was packaged well, came with a USB-C charger and block which was nice, bur please note the charger and block don’t work, so have your own USB-C charger. The device came charged at 88%. There are also some other minor scratches and dings to the back and sides that look like maybe just from daily use by the previous owner(s). That will be easily masked with a case and screen protector. This is a day 1 review but if the device continues to work as expected I would use this seller again, and I would recommend them. Protective packaging was superb and added screen protector and as far as blemishes as being refurbished was at very minimal overall great product as of now only received about a week ago no issues.

It came in near perfect condition it’s sooo good 👍 I’m very happy with my tablet. It came 90% charged despite it being cold when I received it. The pictures don’t do it justice in real life the screen is butter 🧈 and it’s just a good tablet for what I’m going to use it for. P.S I got the 12.9 256gb version.

The Amazon Renewed items are my go-to when it comes to electronics. I’ve really never had a problem. I was happy to get this iPad 13” for a great price. First, let’s clear up what you get and what you don’t. It came without an Apple Pencil. There seems to be some confusion about that in the reviews, so I wanted to state it for sure. No Apple Pencil. I bought one separately. Second, it came with a very short off-brand charging cord. I guess it must be 3 feet. I purchased a better quality, longer cord. It did not come with a charger block. So no charger-that-plugs-into-the-wall. Just the USB cord. As for physical condition, it’s perfect. You’d think it was brand new from the Apple Store. It indeed has 1.2 TB, and is very quick. After a week, there’s not been a single glitch or crash of any app whatsoever. I’m also enjoying the special features that come with having a much larger screen. I’m very pleased with it, aside from the extra expense of a better cord and a pencil. As an aside, I highly recommend Amazon’s 13” Moko Case. I think it’s great.

I've never had too much trouble with refurbs in the past, but this exchange probably cured me of my stinginess. I ordered a refurbished model to be a bit thrifty, splurged for the excellent condition as I needed to use this tablet for work and wanted the screen to be scratch free. Firstly, the item shipped early without any notification from the seller. (I know, who complains about fast shipping, but bare with me). The package was signature required (obviously, its expensive!) but since I was never notified by Amazon or the Seller of a change in delivery date, I was out of town and foolishly expecting the item on Tuesday when it attempted delivery on Saturday. This lead to a chase with FedEx to get the item delivered safely for the entire weekend. So before I even get the package, I'm having problems. But my issues continue even after I get the item out of the box. As a reminder, the definition on the site for Excellent Condition states: "- Cosmetic condition: Excellent (Screen: no scratches. Body: no signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will be visible when the product is held 12 inches away). - Functional condition: Fully Functional (exceeds 80% of original battery life, generic or OEM accessories and packaging provided)." The iPad had a large dent next to the camera lens and was noticed the second it was lifted from the packaging. Blatant cosmetic damage that can be spotted from much further than 12" away - my friends spotted it from across a kitchen table without issue. But hey, if it is 'Fully Functional' then I can handle a dent, right? Its going in a case anyways. Only IT DIDN'T WORK! After hours of troubleshooting the item, it refused to pair with the New Gen2 Apple Pen- thus making it useless for my work in digital illustration. (I tested the pen on my friend's iPad and we determined the pen worked just fine btw!) It could connect to wifi, but bluetooth pairing was out of the question. A weekend of headaches and irritation only to be so defeated from my whole experience that I ended up saying "F this" and went to the Apple Store the next day to get a brand new tablet entirely. I dropped my $750 paperweight off to be returned in the same trip. TL;DR - I saved a couple bucks for a wasted a weekend and a defective product that I had to return anyways. It's always a gamble with a refurbish, I'll admit, but I've never been soured this badly. Save yourself the headache and just invest in a new one that is guaranteed to work right.

Excelente, llegó al día siguiente y funciona muy bien, el cargador no es el original y no funciona para el ipad, se debe comprar uno original, pero fuera de eso esta en muy buen estado, dudaba pero llegó.

I was amazed by the quality and condition of the IPAD and I am writing this review after using it for 7 months now , it came in almost as good as brand new with no scratches at all , the seller also added the screen protector included in the price , I ran some battery checks , battery hold time and other performance and screen checks , all came out to be perfect , I bought additional accessories like as you can see magnetic keyboard case and Apple Pencil , I don’t any reason any I should have bought new and not this one , saved me lots of money and work as brand new , I was expecting some cosmetic wear and tear but mine was flawless. Awesome buy for me and that too with 90 days of return policy which none of other seller are providing.

La verdad tenía mucho miedo de realizar esta compra, aunque había buenos comentarios, los malos comentarios me hacían dudar. Pero hasta el momento fue una excelente compra, llego sin ningún rasguño y funciona excelente, la batería dura más del día a pesar de la exigencia . Aunque llego en una caja de cartón y con un cargador que no sirve, el producto como tal es muy bueno. Animense si están como yo 😅
