Fun and interesting cooperative game with great graphics
I really liked this game, even on opening. The graphics are stunning, and the directions are pretty easy to follow. A killing has happened at a creepy carnival. One person is a psychic picking up clues to let the other players try to cooperatively figure out the details. It sounds simple, but it leaves a lot of room for creativity in play, though I'd recommend at least three people, it's still OK for a one on one play as well. It is cooperative -- the "win" is in figuring out what happened. It also requires everyone to bring their best to the game, and to think outside the box. For me, the psychic role is the most fun, but someone else that's played would rather be on the "deciphering the impressions" end of it. If you like great art, games that require thought, and a leisurely and moderately loose game play, I think this might be a lot of fun. I loved it, and I hope you do as well.

Great game would recommend!
Bought a out a week ago maybe not even did a boardgame night with some family members and thought hey perfect time to try this new game! I gotta say i thoroughly enjoyed this game. It was super fun all adults played in my group but 10/10 would recommend! Seriously thinking of getting the regular game as well! If u have doubts get it anyways 🤷 very similar to clue but no spread sheets and its co-op so everyone put their heads together! Except the ghost that is..... But dont worry ghost roll is fun too!

Great imagery and fun game for a family or friends.
I got this game for Ma stepdaughter and our family for Christmas. She’s 10 and my husband and I are in our early 30s. I only say this to say that I think it’s a great game for different ages. The imagery on the cards was very nice and the game was pretty simple to learn to play. It’s a nice game that we can play together as a family but it would also be a good game for my husband and our friends to play. I wouldn’t consider it just a kids game and that’s why I gave it such a high review. Overal, super fun game! We’ve thoroughly enjoyed playing it.

Super Solid, great game
Great game my group really enjoys. The puzzle nature of how each players mind is working is fun. Not too long of a game for not that much cash.

Wonderful art and vibe with a few gameplay issues to resolve
Played this game last night for the first time after much anticipation from opening it and being blown away by the presentation of each of the game components. At the heart of this game is the art and design of the playing cards and the dark and mysterious vibe as everything is laid out for play. That alone could give this a 5-star ranking despite a few mechanical and strategic issues with its gameplay. Regarding the latter point, there are a few ways that this falls short of a perfect game. First, the details on the cards can be difficult to see from afar, limiting the extent to which multiple players can look for clues on the cards at the same time (it is a cooperative game, after all). Second, the ghost will likely need to take a picture of the character cards when they are placed on the game board each round and zoom in on the photo to examine detailed aspects of it without giving away to the psychics which card s/her is looking at (see the photo examples attached for how I did it when I played as the ghost). Finally, the clues on the vision cards can be very vague, making a high percentage of rounds based more on guessing as opposed to using concrete clues to confidently act like a psychic. To counter this limitation in the future, I will be using three transparent bingo chips that can each be used one time only for the ghost to place over a vision card to direct attention to a specific aspect of the card s/he wants to psychics to focus on. I really love the design of this game and am trying to come up with solutions to overcome some of the limitations of its gameplay, and hope some of this is clear to those who haven't yet purchased it.

Better than the original
I prefer this version over the original board game because it’s easy and fast to set up and put away. It’s still the same game but it plays a lot faster and can be played more frequently. The quality of the components are great, especially the artwork. And the size of the box makes it easy to take to board game nights. My only feedback is that all the components tend to pop out of the insert and move around making it hard for the box to stay closed after travel. This game is worth the price to include in your game shelf.

The fun is the same as the original one!!
I have the original Mysterium game with 2 expansions. Comparing this to the original one, I think it's easier to set up, easier to learn. However, the playing time is shorter than the original one. It's like a lite version of it. But the fun is the same as the original one!! If you're tired to set up the original game, try this!!

Brilliant game, bought for a teen, artwork is amazing and it's very playable, but challenging enough for older kids 👍

Not as clever as I was hoping it would be. The vision cards are far too abstract and cryptic making it really hard to make a connection to the characters. You basically end up relying on colour or basic themes to get your intention across. Probably wont see a lot of action unfortunately.
