When this arrives. The lock combo is set at 000. This is the default combination. In order to open the suitcase; slide the key button towards the little arrow on the lock. The key button is more of a slide than a button.

These are fantastic..... I love to only “carry on”travel. We ordered 2 originally and immediately ordered 2 more! They were so durable. Fit 6 days worth of adult/child clothing etc... and in overhead compartments. I usually don’t go out if my way to write reviews but these definitely deserved a good write up!

My trip is tomorrow. So far I took it outside and roamed around in my yard. I think it's going to be easier to maneuver.

The luggage has a nice polished color. The size is pretty compact which I liked the most. The luggage itself is not too heavy which might allow you to take more things inside avoiding the weight-limit during air travel. I guess even a baby would easily drag it lol. Would really be a good buy for the price.

I like how smooth the wheels runs without difficulty. It's light weight and built to last.

THIS SUCKS. There are no written instructions. The bar code sticker on the box shows a "code format" and those 3 numbers do not work. NEITHER DOES the 3 ZERO standard code. I have emailed '[email protected] which was also another sticker on the box. sure hope for a reply within 24 hours since today is THURSDAY and the weekend "non working hours" approacheth. THIS SUCKS.

I really love almost everything about this suitcase. It rolls around like a dream and it's very spacious for weeklong trips. My only criticism is that I had to read other reviews to figure out how to open it (slide the actual keyhole towards the zippers and it'll unlock the zippers) and the clear plastic coating is easily scratched/torn. Personally, I don't really mind as I plan on covering it with stickers anyway but if appearances mean a lot to you, you really would want to go for something different. I don't fly a lot, *maybe* once a year if that, so I only use the overhead bin and this is perfect for me.

I got my luggage today and I was super excited to use it but im either really not understanding how to unlock it or it came already locked and put the key inside of the luggage because it came locked and no key or combination in sight... love th color of the suitcase and all but it's locked and I can't into it!!
