I had a blood work done and turned out my iron levels were low. Bought these and my levels are getting better. I feel a difference from a few weeks of use where my hands and feet would get cold easily, now they don't and when they do get cold, they warm up quickly. Will keep using these and update when I get my blood work done again in 6 months or so

I've been taking Slow Fe for years because while I'm borderline anemic I cannot tolerate straight iron tablets. I started reading some of the reviews and ran across this one and thought to give it a try. I will say that my stomach seems to be tolerating this well and it is improving my iron composition within my blood. It also doesn't smell quite as bad as the Slow Fe or Ferro-Sequels, but there is still an iron smell as well as taste. I wish they would make an iron pill that was coated to avoid these two issues. Sometimes the taste makes swallowing iron pills difficult, since this wasn't as strong and the pills are about the same size of a tablet of Tylenol being able to swallow maybe easier for some especially those taking the Ferro-Sequels.

I’ve been taking this product for about a week now and can already feel a difference with fatigue being less . Will buy again.
