MYZOO Lack: Wall Mounted Cat Shelf, Wooden Cat Furniture, Floating Cat Perch, Cat Tree (Round, Oak)

Customer service is 5*1 of my 2 shelves was imperfect but after contacting myzoo they have arranged to send a replacement for me.The wooden pieces are really aesthetically pleasing, they look great on my wall and my cat uses the one that is up regularly to get to the scratching post (also myzoo).Only thing I would say is that sometimes my cats paw slips on the wood but he uses it alot and it doesn't seem to interfere with his using of it, just an observation from me.

J'ai été déçue lorsque jai reçu ma commande car les 2 étagères étaient de coloris différents (cf. photo 1) mais après en avoir informé le service après-vente de MyZOO, ils m'ont immédiatement renvoyé des étagères de coloris similaires. L'équipe de MyZOO est super, très réactive et très compréhensive.Je suis contente car les étagères sont jolies, de bonne qualité et mon chat adore y grimper (photo 2).Merci beaucoup MYZOO !

Love it but the wall plugs are not strong enough and shelve feel when my cat jumped on it after a few weeks.

曲木でこの値段なのでしょうがないと諦めましたが、並行に取り付けると台座が斜めです。壁に穴をあけてしまったので、取り外すこともできず、猫も乗らず、斜めなので棚としても使えず。
