Q: What's the wifi signal like?

Absolutely no issues. The black parts of the case (top & bottom) are plastic and have zero effect on the WiFi signal. The cooling benefits from the case are insane. I've got a couple of the new Zero 2 Wireless in these cases and none have any issues. They are actually down the garden running Aircraft ADSB (FlightAware) and a Satellite RF signal monitoring (SATNOGS) stations with no connectivity issues to the router back in the house.

It fit the Pi Zero W and the Pi Zero 2 W without any issues.

Yea. The case is suitable for both pi zero variants. There are 2 different top blanking plates.
