FERNIDA Heated Vest, 8 Heating Zones, Heating Vest for Men Women, Heated Warm Cold-Proof Electric Vest (Battery Not Included)

This heated vest made my fiancee's winter work in his unheated studio totally bearable. It fits snugly, kept his core warm, and not too bulky.

I use the product for hunting and ice fishing and it's an amazing little vest. This vest runs off of rechargeable power banks. The vest does not come with them but they are easy to find and high wattage ones are pretty much a must for the vest. The vest with a decent battery bank last me 12 hours on like 1 1/2 battery packs. The vest has multiple heat settings on it and even if you aren't using the heat the reflective material on the inside actually keeps you quite warm on it's own. The vest is also quite comfortable to wear all day and I use it in a tree stand, ground blinds, ice fishing shack and even in a kayak duck hunting. The vest hasn't limited my mobility at all while wearing it and I would forget I was wearing it if it wasn't making do much heat. It stays very warm at a constant temperature and it is a very Nice comfy temperature even in -30 degree Fahrenheit wind that's so bad you can't use your pop up ice shack because you don't have 3 foot ice anchors with you. I was comfortable that day all day while my friend was miserable and cold but the fishing was good and he stuck it out. The high setting kept me warm enough that day I actually felt kind of hot.No real complaints besides the pockets being small but the battery pack goes in the pocket and it's an undergarment for me so the pockets aren't really a big thing. Overall great heated vest.

The vest is nice quality and seems to stay warmest around the neck area. It does NOT come with the power pack to warm the vest. I’m sure it was in the description, but was not made really clear.

This vest fits great and is well constructed. The heated collar helps. It came with a mesh laundry bag for putting it in the washing machine. It says that is is light weight, I would say light to medium. This vest is warm even when not turned on. I am happy with this product and would recommend it. My only complaint with it is that you do not have seperate controls for the front and rear heating zones. Just one switch. A good choice for it's price.

I have had this vest approximately 6 weeks. I wear it approximately 4 days a week... so I've had it on 24 times. I've only used the heating element 6 times as Chicago's weather has been up and down the last 6 weeks and the vest, even when off is quite warm. Went to turn it on today and it's simply dead. The red light came on for 2 or 3 seconds maybe twice but it never fully powered on, and then it just simply died. I checked the battery , and it is definitely the vest. I'll continue to wear it as it's warm when layered but cannot recommended it. Disappointed. Not sure if I'll try another brand.

Undecided if I’ll keep or return. A bit expensive for an issue I have, unless I’m missing a dedicated battery pocket on that vest somewhere? I like zippers for my right hand. These unisex styles have the zipper on the left side. Not easy for me due to left hand issue, but was not the deal breaker. The battery goes in the left front zipper pocket which means I can’t put my left hand in there. This needs a dedicated battery pocket. Not explained anywhere in the write up and the pictures of the man always showed his left hand in the pocket. Did not notice the picture of the women with the batter pack on the left side. Still not clear the battery is stored in the pocket. Heat pads seem a bit smaller than shown on the pictures. Going to give it another try and update any plus / minus and if I decide to return or not.

Looked at many different vests and went with this one. I'm glad I did. Even if you don't run the heat it's pretty warm on its own. I think it's just a little thicker than some of the others, without being too thick or too thin.I have a few different booster packs so the fact that this didn't come with one is no concern. Also that's one reason the price is lower than ones that come work rechargeable batteries.I'm overall VERY pleased with this vest.
