This was really good on my pork butt. People liked the initial flavor with the hint of heat. I think it would be good on pork and poultry. I personally like a rub with more aggressive black pepper for beef, but you can't go wrong even if you put this on brisket.

Shaker lid was cracked and is unusable, however the seal was intact, dirty bird adds great flavor and permeates the meat well, used on baked chicken thighs, will use on everything, steak, french fries, fish, I will order other flavors from kosmos soon.

Best rub ever!

This seasoning is very good! We use it all the time on anything. We did have a lid come broken off so we'll just figure out how to work with that.

We love this Rub on our Smoked Chicken but need to try it on something more! We rub this stuff all over our chicken and cook it on low for a few hours on our Traeger Grill and it is so delicious!

It was delicious! Smoked a 14 pound turkey. Definitely doing it again.
