Everything was good quality. Cast iron burner. Easy to assemble. Deep fried my first turkey ever and it came out amazing. Using peanut oil and frying the turkey at 325 degrees worked well for me.

2nd year using this product, fantastic results Thanksgiving holiday frying the turkey. I have not used any other functions, possibly never will, but hands down a great fryer.

This fryer kit includes everything needed to get started. Assembly was straightforward, and the burner produces consistent heat. The pot feels sturdy and handles large batches well. Great for turkey frying or other outdoor cooking projects. Excellent value for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

Box arrived undented. You will need a screwdriver to set up and a propane tank to use the fryer. 10 qt pot had dent on bottom. Maybe a factory issues due to others seem to have the same dent. That being said these are thin pots and baskets. And I do mean thin. Instructions were good enough for me to set up in about 20 minutes. Looks to be able to fry an 18-20 lb turkey. For 1st use I did a crab boil using the 30qt and basket. Ran for 3-4 hrs continuously. Worked great. No issues with cooking. But....during clean up I noticed it did leave heat marks on the bottom of the pot. I also noticed there was discoloration on the inside of the 30qt and throughout the basket. I did season all pots and baskets as the instructions advised the day before. TLDR Good value for what you pay. Large enough for a 18-20 lb Thanksgiving Turkey or a crab boil. Thin pots and baskets.

Overall a good value for the money. We had no problems cooking a 12 lb turkey. The pot was just fine when received and the rest of the kit was also just fine. It was easy to assemble the burner but the attachment does seem a bit flimsy so took care handling it.

I purchased this after using the same unit at my brother-in-laws for American Thanksgiving this past November. The system works flawlessly, easy to assemble, easy to start and easy to clean after use. We cooked a 20 lb turkey in just over an hour. So easy and such a moist and tasty results! It's important to use good oil (peanut preferred) for best results. Follow all instructions and there will be no issues.

People are complaining about thin pots they are not thinner than any other company. First time using it I put it to the test I did some canning 5 hours of constant boiling and adding water in between these pots held up perfect no complaints. Pictures show little discoloration in the pot completely normal outside still looks new and little marks on bottom of pot again normal. I will be buying another

lots of space, easy to clean and ok to set up. had a very difficult time trying to attach the gas hose to the burner and there is a vent there. not sure why and no directions in the manual as to how to manage it as you can open and close it. it has a regulator to increase or decrease gas flow which was easy but why a vent where the gas goes to the burner (before the burner ??) also it is well packaged when it comes and easy to store however whomever packed my box must have thrown in the burner (a very heavy metal item) and it landed and bent the aluminum on the tray of the turkey hanger. still functional but not great to have my new item already damaged
