If you initially air dry your gloves you will have no problem with this product. They absorb the excess moisture and prevent odor.

At first I didn’t think these worked because I couldn’t smell anythingHowever I recently got a horrible whiff of a friend’s boxing gloves (who doesn’t have these) and I remember my gloves used to smell just like that (not nice!)So even though these don’t actually give off a fresh smell as such, they definitely do neutralize a bad smell which is just fine with me !!!

These were to small for my 16 oz boxing gloves. I did use them but unlike other glove deodorizers I have used these didn't even leave a fresh scent in my gloves. These may be better for smaller gloves and would probably be good for shoes.
