My sign came on time, looks good, brought another has a gift, quality is very nice, it will last for ever, good value for the money, easy to put up, screw's came with it, I brought to put on a parcel box I made, easy to fix to the box,

Purchased this for a memorial bench. Accurately engraved and came with fixings. Was thicker than i had imagined it to be, and was a bit concerned it would protrude too much when affixed to the bench, but turned out to look really nice. Easy to install and value for money.

Ideal sign for alerting people to our dog. Quality slate and size in smart grey, and clear lettering. Arrived well packaged and is a great size too.

Great product. Very reasonably priced. My reason for 4 stars is because as previously stated this is not engraved it is stamped/painted on so i guess it will eventually wear off. The title does state engraved, maybe a change of wording is needed.

When my first plaque arrived, despite being well packaged it was broken. I contacted the company and explained, sent a photo of the broken item and within 30 minutes had a response and a new one being made and on the way. Second one arrived in perfect condition and looks lovely, a very smart and good quality plaque for my new home. Thank you

07-Aug-2024 23:10The delivery was reasonably prompt considering it was a customised product although there was an extra charge for delivery despite being a Prime member. The packaging was flimsy considering it's a fragile product but it did arrive in one piece. The concern I would have regarding the product quality control and inspection as per photograph attached the slate was defective and should not have been used for the print process. I don't normally review or send products back but I understand that even if I wanted to this business does not accept returns. I wouldn't use this company again due to lack of quality of control and overpriced product.
