Before I buy anything I read the reviews especially for someone who runs a small business. First off, I saw pretty much half and half on the reviews being good and bad. For the people with good reviews, I am on your side. I don’t understand how people are giving bad reviews for something they did as in dropping the cup or just washing it and it falls apart. Also most tumblers aren’t dishwasher safe unless specified so you can’t really be mad at that. I feel like with these cups you have to be trying to break them or something because I’ve ordered multiple times and have never broken a cup. With the dropping cup and it breaking issue, if you take care of an item you’ll get the longevity of it like you want. Of course sometimes mistakes happen and they don’t send you all the cups, or it’s missing something blah, blah, blah, get over it. Just contact customer service and they will get you taken care of. I’ve had no issues with these cups and my customers have not had any issues. So my advice is either quit man handling them or just don’t buy them at all. All in all it’s a good product, and I will keep buying them.

I’ve tried so many different tumblers, and these are my favorite. Whatever the matte material is on the outside of the cup is sublime. And I think the absence of a logo/brand name makes them look extra sleek so it’s definitely appreciated. I should note that if you’re wanting a tumbler that keeps your drink cold for hours on end, this isn’t for you. While it certainly keeps ice for longer than regular cups/glasses, ice melts after maybe 4 hours. But I never take that long to drink 16 ounces (22oz capacity minus 6 oz of ice) of liquid anyway so it’s never bothered me. And if I fill the cup up almost all the way with ice, it probably wouldn’t melt for 8-10 hours. So if you’re a water drinker (unlike myself), expect to have cold water for 10-12 hours. If you’re a pop/tea drinker (like myself), expect to have ~4 hours before ice has melted into drink.

I bought these as a party favor with plans on designing some cool vinyl labels. Well...with my poor planning...i didn't have time to put the stickers on --- but even plain - these cups were awesome!! A real hit! I just took a couple of paint pens and wrote people's names directly on the cup. I love the matte finish!!! The only downside is that you have to hand wash the cups (the straws are dishwasher safe though) --- but that's okay bc it will probably last longer!

Highly recommend! Decided to get rid of our box of miss matched cups and lids and get these. Very nice, I like the rubbery texture on the outside too. Package very well , includes straws and straw brush.

Purchased cups to personalize for a birthday. Everyone loved the size and how durable the cups are. Great purchase.

Cups are really cute, matte black. I made custom cups for me and some family with opal vinyl print. Worth $5 a cup! But I gave 4 stars because the rubber piece isn’t real easy to get out, which is necessary for proper cleaning. I used a butter knife to lift it out. Not the end of the world, especially for the low cost of the cups (which I loved! Haha). Overall, very pleased with my purchase!!! Highly recommend. Also gave 3 stars for leakproof… I mean, it’s a insert straw cup so if it goes upside down it will leak..

These tumblers are exactly what I was looking for! I bought them in pink and black, both matte. They arrived before my estimated date, very well packaged, and the thank you card was adorable. Easy to use, easy to clean.
