I was skeptical as to whether this brace would make any difference and for me it does. I’ve been wearing it for about a week now and my carpal tunnel isn’t getting worse, as it had been for months. It’s comfortable enough to wear all night long which I think is helping. It’s easy to put on and off and you can adjust the fit for the support that you need. This brace is well made and a good value for the money.

I've been going between the aircast wrist brace with thumb splint and a small/basic (futuro brand), comfortable but flexible brace I bought at the store. The aircast is amazingly comfortable but very restrictive, and when the splint gets pressed at certain angles it hurts the injured joint. It's best for overnight use to help relax more muscles in my wrist and forearm. This splint is amazing in that it wraps all the way around the joint. I've tested out putting pressure on various points and so far no pain. I can actually use it almost like a normal thumb, I can use the rest of my fingers and hand like normal, and can even text with both hands if I hold my phone at the right angle! For reference, I have chronic re-injury issues with this thumb from a previous dislocation and accidental re-located at the wrong angle. The most recent injury has left my thumb with no feeling whatsoever but I'm confident this will help reduce the inflammation better that the the other braces with everyday use. The metal plate is easy enough to bend around your thumb but I might try heating it to mold to an even better fit.

This is a good brace for keeping my thumb immobilized while it is healing. It's very comfortable for daytime and sleeping. It's also washable and for that reason I have two of them so I can switch off when one of them is drying after being washed. This is actually the third time I have bought the same brace because it does the trick exactly right. It does seem sometimes that the Velcro starts to wear out and it won't stay closed but for the most part I really like this product.

I tried a lot of thumb braces for arthritis, and this one is my favorite. It's very supportive, and stops my thumb moving in hurtful ways. It comes in different sizes to fit different hands; the size small doesn't come up over the top of my thumb or cover the rest of my hand like the others. It looks nice, feels light, is easy to put on and take off, and easy to clean. Highly recommended!

A hand doctor recommended this style brace to me as being more appropriate for an arthritic thumb. The last brace was more extensive and covered more of the hand and lower down on the wrist. I'm very pleased with the functionality. However, the Velcro on the thumb portion is already failing after 3 months of use. Notably I bought a second brace so I've been rotating the two every other day so this has lasted 2 months of more or less daily use. To be clear I'm buying another one today and in the grand scheme of things it's not that expensive but it is disappointing that the thumb Velcro doesn't last longer. Notably the wrist Velcro is still very strong.

Due to assorted injuries, my thumbs are wonky, misshapen, and often painful. After trying several thumb splints/braces, this is the only one that actually relieves pain and does not cause more! The aluminum version is perfect for me, as it can be molded to my crooked digits, which is a real deal-breaker without that feature. I like the way it it leaves such a large portion of my palm open, allowing my fingers to move freely. It doesn't pinch or rub the skin between my thumb and forefinger, which so many of the others did. I feel it is as comfortable as a brace or splint can be, yet provides plenty of support. I highly recommend trying this one!

This thumb sling fits very well. It gives good support and my thumb feels better with less pain when I wear it

This brace for tunnel syndrome this brace helps with stationary movement to help with pain and swelling. I will highly recommend this brace.
