HORRIBLE Customer service and VERY uncomfortable couch!!!
Not only is the couch the most uncomfortable couch I have ever owned. The accessory headrests are cheap and brittle, every one of them have broke or keep coming out making it look very cheap. Customer service is totally unresponsive!! I have been trying to get this resolved now for 6 months.
