A Good Vegan Choice
I have been using this DEVA Vegan DHA-EPA for a few years. It is a dietary supplement that provides essential omega-3 fatty acids sourced from microalgae, tailored for vegans and vegetarians. With 300 mg of DHA and EPA per serving, DEVA offers a potent option for those looking to increase their omega-3 intake. The high total omega-3 content for the price, makes it a cost-effective choice. It is a great vegan source of omega-3 fatty acids, specifically DHA and EPA. The product is carrageenan-free and does not contain sorbitol. This supplement, it stands out as a top choice for anyone looking to supplement their diet with plant-based omega-3 fatty acids. The absence of animal products makes this supplement a valuable addition to a vegan lifestyle.

good product, great customer service by OxKom
I did a lot of brand comparisons before ordering this Deva EPA/DHA and concluded that this product gives the best quality and value for money. The dosage is good, and Deva is the only one that says on the label it's not manufactured using hexane--a big health advantage. OxKom, the seller, gave me excellent customer service. I really appreciate that!

Great product for a fair price
Wife and I like taking this supplement better than the fish Omega-3s as those make you smell fishy and these don't

Contains harmful inflamation causing Carrageenan - buyer beware!!!
So disappointed to realize that carrageenan is something that causes marked inflammation - MULTIPLE studies have shown that ingestion of any form and any amount can lead to the hazardous complications of inflammation and other health problems. Inflammation is shown to highly correlate with heart disease, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and cancer. What's worse is that Dr. Joanne Tobacman conducted studies on mice showing how exposure to even small amounts of carrageenan resulted in "profound" intolerance to glucose and problems with insulin - both of which are potential precursors to diabetes.I loved that these were vegan, soy free, and offered a higher concentration of the DHA and EPA, but will immediately stop taking these until the carrageenan is no longer present. Inflammation has been a HUGE problem for my health and unbeknownst to me I've been taking these very vitamins for several years. Most recently I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic - not blaming this on the vitamin, but after looking at several of these studies I've got a sneaking suspicion the bad may well outweigh the good. Oh, Deva, I'm so disappointed in discovering this. I'll revert to the other lower dose vitamin, but am definitely feeling somewhat snake bitten. Had I not seen the question from the person who asked about the carrageenan and brought my attention to it I would have continued to take it. I've got a number of other vitamins and supplements that also contain carrageenan and I'll be throwing those out of my daily intake today, too!

Kind of pricey
They do the job, very little fish burps. Just wish they were a little less expensive.
