I could barely write a review because I was so tired.

I was pretty skeptical of these patches but WOW - my older elementary school aged kids responded to these quite well. When my kids have a hard time winding down I occasionally give them a kids dosage of melatonin but I don't love doing this - given all the concerns about melatonin. I love that these are herb based and drug free.I don't use these daily, but when we need to get up early for a flight or event, I use these to help them wind down the night before. It's a fun novelty too and they were pretty curious about it. My younger kid mentioned that she slept more deeply and my older kid said she could fall asleep sooner despite her ADHD (which usually keeps her a little wired).I recommend these and will keep these around in a pinch. Adhesive worked great and didn't leave any residue.

I have tried these in so many ways but my 4 year old granddaughter is still a night owl. I have tried putting them on early, later and even tried two at a time that yielded no results. What a huge waste of money and they say you can't return it. My granddaughter only comes here about 2 to 3 days a week so I have most of them left.

I think I’ve found a miracle!!! My 9year old has ADD/ADHD. It’s so hard for her to wind down at night and she can literally stay awake ALL NIGHT! I came across these by chance and decided to give them a try. The first night I placed it on her after her bath. She is NEVER asleep before midnight, but I gave it to her after 9pm and she was asleep before 11...🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I was so impressed, I had my 22 year old try ine also, because she too had trouble falling asleep. It worked on her also and she said she had a restful sleep all night. Now I need a subscription and coupons!😂 My 9 year old woke up in a decent mood and she felt rested.

My son has been sleeping better at night with this product. Will continue to use it.

Didn’t really notice a difference, but it was pretty stuck on my son’s arm. It was like peeling a bandage off.

My 7 year old daughter loves these, they seem to help with bedtime routine and calming down at night

My kids both love these. My oldest cant take Melatonin so this worked great. And my youngest likes this more than the MelatoninJust wish it were cheaper
