It just works.
I am using it to connect my work Dell laptop to my monitor. I have another laptop that uses an HDMI cable so I want to take advantage of the USB-C thunderbolt port on my Dell to connect to my monitor's DP. I plugged it in, and it just works. Highly recommend it.

works, seems sensitive to electrical noise
Cable works and performs as advertised, the only problem my was it seems sensitive to electrical noise, Whenever I adjusted did standing desk the display will blank out for 1/2 A second or more.After swapping out different adapter, adapter types & cables I was able to isolate the problem to be this adapter cable only when the monitor is plugged in the same power strip as the desk motor.

Bought 2 cables but only 1 works consistently
I bought 2 of these and my kids only just started using them about 6 weeks after purchase and 1 works but the other rarely works. Unfortunately, I am outside the exchange timeframe and cannot figure out how to contact the seller.
