With all of my years as a professional cook I have never seen nor used a whisk like this. It was great. Granted, this one was not as heavy duty as the one I used at my Sister's but it worked great. Broke up eggs for the fluffiest omelets, made quick work of pancake batter, even emulsified my Salad dressing to a velvety consistency in no time flat. The best part? So easy to clean! Rotary beaters, Ball whisk etc are so hard to clean with their thin wire or cranks. This cleaned up in a jiffy. I have not used it to try and whip cream though. I'll have to try that another day.

These whisks are super sturdy and will help with mixing lighter things like egg whites and cream to thicker waffle and cake batters. They are great, but I've found them a bit awkward to clean. A water bottle/baby bottle cleaning brush works wonders. Just remember to check the nooks by the pearls, and be careful not to get water in the handle.

Can’t really write a full review because I haven’t been able to use them due to receiving defective ones - 3 times. Haven’t decided if I should give up or try a 4th time. I prefer to hang my utensils, so the loop on the end of the handle was a primary selling feature. But one whisk had a recessed loop, rendering that feature useless. That defect was the issue with 2 of the shipments. The third had a ball missing from one of the tines. Will update review once I see how the return process goes and hopefully able to get a satisfactory product.

Just what I was looking for

With the open ends food doesn’t get stuck like with regular whisks. And the metal tips make for easier whisking. Washed in the dishwasher a few times and no rust. These will be my ‘go to’ whisks from now on. Love the 2 sizes also.

I had a whisk like this, somehow my son ended up with it. When at his home he often uses it, so I thought I’d get a replacement. This IS NOT IT! Much toooo stiff and FELL APART after one use. I returned them. Which I love Amazon for.
