Top with fresh capers and ligonberries and serve. The salmon by itself is delicious, and very fresh tasting coming from a western Washington resident. The ligonberries are tart, and they're freeze-dried, so they just start to re-hydrate then I add the butter sugar and honey. They end up crunchy and sweet on the outside but soft and a bit tart on the inside, bursting with flavor!

This the best salmon by far. I am on my third box . Try panko crusted salmon with dijon mustard recipe. Look for recipe on youtube.
