My ignition o.e.m. Is a 29216. Will this fit my system

Don't know the kind of ignition system you have. My coil works with a Mallory Unilite distributor without a resistor in the power supply wire. I believe it will not work with oem electronic ignition systems. It requires a resistor or resistor wire system to work with the older points type distributor systems.
