This color gives off such a beautiful rosy pink color on me that lasts and lasts ...
My go-to lipstain! This color gives off such a beautiful rosy pink color on me that lasts and lasts all day long. You only need one swipe to get a light pink color, but if you want something more vibrant, you can do 2. This is a step-up from the kiddie "mood matcher" lipsticks I had as a kid and half the cost of the Lipstick Queen's "Frog Prince" lipstick which essentially does the same thing. I've tried all the other lip products just like this: the Dior Addict Lip Glow, the Sephora Color Reveal Lip Balm, Elf's lip glow version, and Lipstick Queen and I always come back to this one. The color payoff on this one is just amazing and the lip balm lasts me forever because I don't have to reapply and you only need just one layer to get that beautiful pink color. The Dior Addict Lip Glow was the most moisturizing, but I went through it quickly just because the color was such a light pink on me and I found myself constantly reapplying throughout the day to get a brighter pink. I will say, one drawback with the Barry M is that if you use it everyday - it does start to dry your lips out... BUT the fact I only have to apply it once, can eat and drink, kiss my boo (without any transfer!) and still have a pretty pink pout at bedtime doesn't outweigh that con. I would suggest keep an extra lip balm at hand to moisturize your lips throughout the day. One quick application and it keeps your color looking fresh!

Cute. Use lightly
I have naturally darker lips as a Latina. I just put one single swipe on my upper and lower lip. That's it! And it looked cute. I think once you start going over and over and layering it multiple times, it turns into a really bright clown pink. But if you use it lightly, it is very cute. I put gloss over the top and it is a nice tint of pink and the stain that's left over is pleasant as well. So remember, use lightly! I continue to look for a lipstick queen Dupe, which i don't think I will. But this isn't bad at all.

They aren't lying about the Genie part!
Full disclosure....I JUST put this stuff on like an hour ago but I'm already so in love with it, I had to leave a review. I'll come back and edit if I need to. Anyways, this product is so awesome! It goes on completely clear, like a lip balm and then turns into a lovely pink color. I put 2 layers on and it turned into a hot pink almost. (Pro tip: this will totally stain the skin outside of your mouth so be careful when applying. I had to use remover to get some stubborn stains outside of my lips because I wasn't as careful as I should've been.) So far, I haven't experienced any transfer, the color is still vibrant, and my lips don't feel dried out at all. This is absolutely going to end up being my go-to lip color! It's exactly what I was looking for from the Lipstick Queen brand but didn't get.

Shipped fast and pretty color
This lip stain gives my lips a nice raspberry color. I only have to apply it once and the color stays for most of the day. Be cautious when you do apply it though because the more you put on, the darker the pink shade will be. This is difficult because it goes on clear. There was one review that said this made their lips dry out, I wouldn't say that is my experience with it necessarily but it does feel waxy. Regardless of the waxy feeling, I gave it five stars. Its pretty cool that it changes color and I like the color it gives me and the fact that I don't need to reapply it. Also, it shipped faster than was expected which is always nice!

Disappointed
Unfortunately the color does not last more than an hour 🥲

Fun, but not an awesome product
I like this product, but I don't love it. It stains my lips, but sometimes makes me look like I'm just wearing lip liner. I don't wear lip liner, it's just the lipstick coming off and leaving a ring. Plus, once it changes color on your lips the color can transfer to napkins & the lips of your significant other. I have a clear gloss that changes color on my lips, but remains clear when I kiss my SO. There's no transfer of color. The color is VERY bright pink on me which is pretty, but not great for everyday. I'm happy with the overall, but I'm not impressed and probably won't buy again.

Bombshell Lip Color!
In love with the Baby Pink lipstick, just what I was looking for. I outline my lips lightly with a nude concealer and then put the lipstick on, it’s very flattering. It also arrived a lot quicker than it said it would, so no complaints there.

just a quick single sweep across the lips gives me a nice pink. It's very wearable without being overly bright
This is one of the many color-changing lipsticks out there. Color-changing lipsticks have been available since the 1920's and all of them use the same base dye, which turns into a pink-magenta range. Some are lighter or darker or may give a brief period of another tint, but all eventually end up pink on the lips. Yes, it's true, the lipsticks will appear somewhat different on different folks, due to heat and chemistry, as well as personal coloring but all are basically pinks. Personally, I am very fair with brown eyes. I must apply very lightly with the Barry M; just a quick single sweep across the lips gives me a nice pink. It's very wearable without being overly bright. It is buildable, yes, but I f I apply more layers, it becomes a super-bright magenta/fuchsia. It lasts a couple of hours, not as long as some of the other color-changing products. I've tried Barry M, Lipstick Queen (the shade called Frog), Kiki, Moroccan, L'Paige, Fran Wilson Mood Changer, and the Aloe Vera/Beauty Queen. Here's the realio-trulio truth: the color varies very little. The products vary in lastability and how they feel on the lips as well as whether there is a gloss or matte appearance. I found the Barry M matte and drying; it did not have the lasting power of some of the other products. Clever concept but I would not buy it again because it did not last as long as I hoped. If you like the idea of color-changing lipsticks and you like pink lip stains, I found that the Aloe Vera lipsticks, which are also the most affordable, are the longest-lasting, most moisturising, and most affordable of the products that I tried.
