Fantastic for all fish, especially trout
Favourite trout lure. Caught my 2 pb browns on one along with numerous little rainbows, fallfish, smallies, and even a largie. Can't have too many of these. Would reccomend Mepps trouter kit for best value on trout spinners.

Last time I saw mouth like that it had a hook in it!
My grandfather started me out on this same lure. Used to catch big and small fish in the Midwest back in the day. My kids now use it and it's still pretty fantastic on our small lake in FL. Doesn't look like much but some species jump at it still. Good luck!

Retro lure still effective
First fish I ever caught on an artificial lure (50+ years ago, rainbow trout) was with a Mepps...nostalgia
