I was recommended this my primary care doctor for lowering my cholesterol. As now, there has not been no side effects.

I originally started taking this hoping I could eliminate the need for my station I take for high cholesterol but it proved not to be enough so I take this in addition. I've had no side effects, they're easy to swallow and help with sleep. I think they're well worth the money so good value.

I am glad that a friend of mine recommended NewLife Naturals and I am glad that they have this product. It is going to be a mainstay in my daily supplements from now on! It seems to be a hard one to find with other brands, or at least consistently, but not with NewLife Naturals. After about a week of taking this weather it is placebo effect or that it is doing what all the studies say citrus bergamot is supposed to do, either way I am on board! I feel like my blood sugar levels do not dip as much as they used to, instead it is a slow steady burn, I am sure thanks to this product. I definitely plan on reordering it once this bottle is gone!

I was looking and searching for a supplement to aid in the balance and regulation of my overall health and well being. Disclaimer: I can't stand pills of any sort at all! I started taking this supplement a little over a week ago and I have experienced an increase in energy. My cholesterol levels are being maintained at a normal level and my stress levels are down. I am very happy with these pills. This pill is easy to take and does not taste bad. I would highly recommend!

My health care professional was very impressed after my triglycerides dropped 45 points. The next time it was tested they came down another 11 points. They are now 96.
