I am thoroughly impressed with my Kepler Brooks ergonomic office chair; it has been a fantastic addition to my home office. The comfort is exceptional, allowing me to work for long hours without any back pain, thanks to the excellent adjustable lumbar support and 3D armrests. Edit.. I’m updating my review 2.5 years after using this chair. It’s definitely a low quality product for sure. The locking mechanism for the recliner has stopped working, the leatherette material on the arm rest has weared off and the washer for the leg rest has broken. The worst part is Keppler Brooks customer care numbers provided on the product page is not working as I tried calling them multiple times with no success. One of the number is invalid and the other keeps going to busy message. Just having a fancy sounding anglicised name as your brand doesn’t help when the quality is cheap and after sales service is pathetic at best. Do yourself a favour and not buy this chair as the seller only cares until the return period is open. I was looking to buy a new chair with solid back support since i've been suffering back pain from sitting on my old chair for long hours. I was Initially intrested in buying a chair from Godrej or featherlite since these are well known and reputed brands but then saw a lot of good reviews for Kepler Brooks and they seemed to be ginuene. So, i ordered it with a little bit of skeptisism. I got a call from their customer service before the product was being dispatched where they sent me a video instruction link on how to assemble the chair once it arrives. The chair arrived the very next day via BlueDart. It took me 10 minutes to assemble the chair after going through the instruction video and it was super easy. The chair was comfortable to sit in and it has 130 degree recline along with a foot rest extender. Overall, in terms of comform this chair gets a 5/5. I however felt that the foot rest was a little fragile were i felt that it could break if i accidentely put more weight on it. Besides this, the overall buit quality is a solid 8/10. The next day i got a call from Kepler Brooks Customer service asking me about the chair and my thoughts on it. I explained to them about my concern with the fragility of the foot rest but was told that there is a 3 year warranty on this product and any issues with the chair with the exception of the Leatherette material would be fixed by them. This was a sigh of relief. All things considered, my final score for this purchase is a solid 4/5. Its not perfect but its close.
