Thanks for sending a replacement bouquet for my wife's holiday present! These were delivered without a hitch from UPS and look great! The packaging was great and having been after school florist in my early life, I know they put allot more effort getting us a great bouquet this shipment this time. Thanks so much!

I ordered this flower arrangement for my Mom for Mother’s Day, hoping to surprise her with a beautiful display of vibrant blooms. However, what arrived fell far short of my expectations. Instead of the carefully arranged bouquet that was advertised, the flowers were haphazardly thrown into a vase without any semblance of design or care. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail, especially for a gift meant to convey love and appreciation. The quality of the flowers themselves was also disappointing. Some were wilted, while others were already beginning to brown at the edges, giving the impression that they had been sitting around for far too long before being hastily assembled. As someone who values the importance of meaningful gestures, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. Not only did it fail to live up to the expectations set by the advertisement, but it also fell short of the standard of quality and care that I would expect from a florist. In the future, I hope that the company will take greater care in fulfilling orders and ensure that each arrangement is crafted with the same level of attention and thoughtfulness that customers expect and deserve.

Flowers are beautiful! Was a little hesitant as I’ve never used Amazon for flowers. This bouquet is very nice and quality. My sister loved them and really felt special after a surgery she had. One dozen fresh flowers in a vase, she just had to cut stems and put water in. Delivered in great condition and Opened up the next day. Really nice!

I’m sure these were gorgeous before UPS got their hands on it! The delivery guy put it at my doorstep, didn’t knock or ring the doorbell! I know this because I have a camera at my front door! I reviewed the clip. I was coming down the stairs when he was at the door. I walked to the kitchen and turned around I went outside because one dog barked. The box was mangled, one rose had its bloom broken. Some were a little smushed. I’m glad I happened to open the door! Usually all three bark and I know they’re serious. Otherwise the flowers would have sat there for hours! He was also supposed to pick up a return. That I now have to figure out how to get it to a drop off and I’m disabled. Not happy with UPS AT ALL!

Honestly, these were pricey for what they were BUT I am the one who waited until the last minute to order flowers to send to my grandma for Mother's Day and my options were limited. They arrived quickly and on time. The blooms were in excellent condition. The colors were beautiful. This particular arrangement would not have been my first choice had I not waited until the last minute but it was a nice size bouquet of beautiful roses that both surprised my grandma and made her happy. And they arrived on time, in excellent condition. What more could you really ask for?

Arrangement delivered was not worth $52+$, would never order this way again. Just an opinion.
