Worked as described with the alcohol wash. I thought the lid was a little leaky and hard to close easily though.

My husband order this to check for mites. It was straightforward to use and very effective for the mite check.He is a beginning beekeeper and found it to be easier to use than some other methods often used.

This is a handy container to test our honeybees for mites. I’ve had it for about a month and have had no problem so far.

If you use the alcohol wash it spills everywhere. There is no sill so it just pours out around the lid.

have not used but know someone who has and recommends this.
