Bonsenkitchen Singles Serve Coffee Makers With Milk Frother, 2-In-1 Coffee Machine For K Cup Pod & Coffee Ground, Latte and Cappuccino Maker, Built in Portable Electric Milk Steamer

I purchased this machine in March. Unfortunately, it quit working in August. There was probably a manufacturing defect which was not caught before it was sold. These things happen. I reached out to their customer service via E-Mail and received a response the next day. They requested a video showing them what the machine did when I tried to make a cup of coffee. After several communications they agreed to replace the coffee maker free of charge without the hassle of having to return the old machine. I was very impressed with the customer service and felt I wanted to share that with others who might be thinking of a purchase. While the machine was working, it made excellent coffee. It was the first coffee maker that made HOT coffee, not the luke warm coffee I got from other single serve machines. Also, the milk whipper frothed half and half really well and was an added pleasure to the morning cup of coffee.

For our household this was too small! But it worked great and great for single family home!

I was so excited upon the arrival of this machine. Especially with the high ratings and the milk frother. I had this machine less than a week. I was loving the tasty coffee that it made, along with the milk frother.Pros- great flavor, ease of use, perfect frothing per settings . Ability to use your own coffee or podsCons- no safety mechanism for an empty water tank. I didn’t realize the waters tank ran dry. I tried to make a cup of coffee and the entire machine was smoking top my kitchen. I unplugged the machine immediately and the smoke continued to bellow . The smell was a burning plastic/ electrical. The machine was completely burnt up.They buttons are backlit, but not until a selection has been pushed. So when I get up in the morning I can’t see what I’m pushing. Is there We’re a large power button it would help.Milk frother flooded anytime I was using almond milk, even though I filled the machine well under the max capacity line.

I bought this for my office as I like lattes and my coworkers use K-cups. Its a great machine and takes up little counter space. I did find that I have to use the frother 2-3 times to get the consistency I like in the lattes, but you can froth and brew at the same time which is a great feature. I will be buying another one for my house when my current one dies.Update: Well the frother no longer frothes no matter how many times you push the button. Unfortunately, I had bought a second one for home and that one no longer frothes either.

I loved this coffee maker and frother when I first got it, I believe it was a great value for the money. However, the frother spills over if you add milk all the way to the max line. After a few uses it it would work intermittently, until finally it stopped working after just a couple of months. The coffee maker is still doing great after over a year though.Wish I could buy a replacement frother separately or that the company would replace it!

The coffee maker itself is very good. No complaints there. However, the frother failed after 6 months. There is no way we have found to purchase a replacement much less get a warranty replacment. Multiple attempts to contact the manufacturer have yielded zero results. We get emails back saying they will contact us regarding the problem then nothing.Upon inspection of the 'dead' frother I found the motor to be frozen due to liquid seeping down through a rubber seal around the motor shaft. This seal wears over time and allows liquid to enter the motor. There is no way to fix this design flaw. Had the manufacturer used a magnetic interface this problem would not exist. Long and short; the frother will fail. The problem is exacerbated by not being able to acquire a replacement frother which should be a warranty issue anyway.We will replace the entire machine with a unit that has a steam frother. We do this with regret since this is a great idea but assured failure and no customer service leave no alternative.

I really like this machine. You can use pods or the basket filter (which I love). It also has more size settings that go all the way up to 14oz. I like a big cup and had to do multiple runs on my old machine. The only down side is it doesn't have a warning that your water is low so It WILL run dry, Which you don't want to do. But I just keep a bottle of water next to it to top it off regularly. So, good to go!!!

This machine is literally the best for your money! I use the coffee craze pods. Buy some torani coffee syrups, whip cream, cheap blender, and vanilla ice cream and make McDonalds frappes in less than a minute. Add a scoop of ice cream in a cup, pop in a pod and hit 6oz. and allow the coffee to pour over the ice cream to cool it. Pulse 3 cups of ice in blender briefly, then pour the coffee/ ice cream in the blender, add four more scoops ice cream and then blend fully. I add syrup to the bottom of my cup. Pour in the frappe. Add whip cream and splash some syrup a top the whip cream. Best frappe ever! The frother makes the thickest froth on non heat. I hope you buy this. Its one of my beat purchases!

UPDATE: I am still using it a year later and I still don't have issues with it. Received this 2 days early. I wanted a single serve machine that made good coffee, that I didnt have to buy kcups for and had a frother. So I went looking and found this beauty. As there were no reviews I did a little research. Turns out it has a 9.4 out of 10 rating on one site for 2021. So I decided to give it a try. I love that I can grind the coffee I choose. I dont have to purchase kcups but can if I want to. The frother is amazing and personally I find it the frother better then the nespresso one a friend of mine has. The machine has a good weight, is well made does not feel or look cheap...in this day and age...PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY AND THE COFFEE for the price. If ever I have an issue with this product I will update the review. The reservoir is a good size. Great coffee and frothed milk for a reasonable price

Coffee is fine but I bought this only for the frother and it stopped working in a month. Have sent a message to the vendor. Lets see if they provide replacement.

The product came in with a crack on the plastic cover where you fill water. The milk frother stopped working after two weeks. First it stopped heating and now it won’t even switch on. Don’t waste your money on this product.
