Great product and awesome customer service
I bought this trampoline based on the reviews for my only child with a lot of energy to burn. It's been over a year now and through rain and snow it's still going strong. The ground that I have the trampoline on is not level so after sometime a crack started to form on the T connector. I called customer service and they said they will order the part from China. I thought to myself that I'm never going to get it, but I was wrong. The part not only arrived within a week, but I got three T connectors for free. The customer service is top notch and so is this trampoline I highly recommend this trampoline

Easy Install
The product was well packaged, came on time. Easy to put together. Used 2 people to complete the circle and install the legs. It took us about 2 hours to complete from start to finish (mainly due to heat). Kids starting jumping right away. The product looks safe and sturdy. Well done in my opinion!

Frame rail broke excellent customer service
Update Excellent customer helped me with the issue below. If you purchase this item buy the extended warranty. The top frame rail broke and I am having a different time getting it replaced.

Nice set for our first trampoline
Went together fairly well just a couple times figuring out which pieces were which and which orientation the legs went. Seems pretty sturdy, kids are excited to use it

Unbelievable trampoline
Completely shocked how easy to assemble. The instructions were spot on and 1 hour 15 mins later with me and my granddaughter it was assembled and my 2 year old great granddaughter was having a ball.

Don't Buy (see update)
It's been three weeks and this is the state of the trampoline. The max weight that was ever on the trampoline was 250lbs. This happened while one of us was getting off the trampoline, thankfully no injuries. Do not buy, not worth the money as it's cheap. **spoke to their customer service who was great so I did increase from 1 to 3 star because of them and their prompt response. Also, they would look into the issue and issued a refun
