It fits me well.
Make Mate Neck Traction Device NT300I cannot even begin to tell you what a pleasant experience I had dealing with Make Mate Service.I had an issue which I wanted resolved, so I sent an email to the United States support email address supplied. I received a reply right away, to this email as well as all subsequent emails sent, up to resolution of the issue to my complete satisfaction. This is a company you want to do business with. The Neck Traction Device itself, model number NT300 (also sold under the Twinklepoch brand name) is a very well thought out and well-designed product. I had actually bought another brand neck traction device, but it had obvious design defects, so I returned it to Amazon the next day.To me, one of the best features of the NT300 is the simple but highly effective and easy to use, design of the catch to secure the device around your neck as well as locating the catch, by feeling around with your fingertips, and then open the catch easily, once done. The traction adjustments, the collar size adjustment, the air chamber capability, all add together, to deliver a high-quality product. Results I have had so far have been very good and so far, I feel a greater range of movement in my neck.

26 Years Long Cervicogenic Headache
UPDATE: 12/20/2021 -- I wanted to update folks and say that this device does what it's supposed to do regarding tractioning your neck. I had jaw surgery in 1989 and have metal plates right there this device puts A LOT of pressure, so it's uncomfortable, but that is my unique issue. I mean, it does put a lot of pressure on your bottom jaw and joint, so if you have TMJ you may not be happy. I just deal with the extra pain for 10 minutes or so at a time as my headache is my pain concern. I'm desperate to get my headache pain down. What helped is that I'm not raising the unit up to its highest point. I think I may have been overdoing it a bit in my exuberance. And, at the slightly lower level I'm now using, my skull is at a better angle for my specific C1 area main problem (but have bulging discs lower in my neck too). It's also causing less jaw pain. This may not fix my rare and very difficult issue, but I can see that it could definitely help people with herniated discs, in general. It does cause my constantly tight neck muscles to relax a bit temporarily after being stretched. For $90 or so...it is certainly worth a try! I'm glad I got it.This JUST came this morning, so I should probably wait to post a review. (I'll update later and please ignore the fact I look horrid in the picture but pain is killing me.)For some background, I have 3 neck and head injuries with the first neck damage occurring in 1995, then another neck injury in 2003, and then in 2018 I ended up with a head and neck injury. I've been to over 110 MDs, chiros, shamans, healers, the Mayo Clinic, Cedars Sinai, acupuncturists, cranio-sacral therapists, past life regressionists, etc. I have tried everything to end the nonstop headache and fix the fact the right side of my face droops. But, my case and the stubborn pain has dumbfounded top doctors. In 2018 a chiropractor DID notice that where there should be a space between C1 and my skull there is none. My C1 is shoved up into my head. A neuro also noticed years ago that the base of my skull where there's a hole is slightly misformed and that my cerebellum is too big, but I do not have Arnold Chiari.Anyway, for years I have felt that my skull slipped on C1 during the first neck snapping in 1995 just enough to crush nerves but not enough to kill me. I did once get some relief when a guy in a health food store quickly jerked me up off the ground by my ears, popping my head loose briefly. I do have bulging discs lower in my neck too, but I don't think they are the real problem.I just used this traction device (have a Saunders cervical traction unit but it's not great because you have to lay down on it and can't be doing anything else) for the first time. Initially, it seems a bit confusing to properly get on, adjust, and then inflate, but now that I "get it" it should be easier next time. It fit me fine, and I'm very petite. I will say that it killed my jaw, but I expected that. It puts a lot of pressure on your jaw. And, while wearing it, there was increased burning in my scalp, but I kind of expected that too. After all, there's lots of damage for many years that is now being tinkered with. My body has gotten used to being off-kilter and in pain. Oh, I need to mention that my headache and the burning has been EXTREMELY worse since Sept. 21, 2021 when I was forced to get vaccinated to keep my job. I had bad reactions to one J&J within hours and the company now as a file about me. Many people with chronic pain issues are reporting increased pain and some are reporting headaches they never had before. You aren't supposed to wear this longer than 20 minutes at a time, but, of course I did. LOL! I'm so desperate for pain relief. By the way, don't expect to be able to talk (which many people are glad about regarding me) while wearing it. When I took it off, I immediately noticed that the muscles in between my shoulder blades felt stretched/irritated...which I take as a GOOD sign. Same with my trapezius/shoulder muscles and a little bit of my chest muscles. That means this traction unit IS doing something that needs to be done. My muscles are tight and locked up all the time. My neck clearly felt looser afterward, and it was much easier to turn my head left/right. My head feels "freer" or something.Anyway, hopefully I'll remember to update this. I can't give accurate star levels YET as I just got the device. I feel for anyone with severe constant pain. Pain kills...sigh.Best wishes,Atheria (Carrie Ryan)

This neck stretcher also acts as a neck stabilizer, saved several visits to Chiropractor
This is the best sports/injury brace and stretcher that I have ever used for any part of my body. I think it saved me hundreds of dollars in visits to chiropractors and sports medicine therapists. My neck pops and cracks on it's own when I put the neck stretcher on while doing other stretches and some chronic pain is gone. I wear it while driving and no longer feel extreme pain in my shoulders when I drive and am stressed because I think it better positions me to keep my muscles from pulling in the wrong places. The only thing they could improve is to make different stretchers for different sized necks because I am petite (only 5'2") and this neck stretcher when used to the max helps me greatly while doing other stretches and I just keep in on 2-3 (it goes up to 5 clicks for the side bars) when I drive. If I was a larger person, the stretching would not be enough at 5.

Complete trash product...
Cheap flimsy plastic nothing quality here. Largest setting didn't fit me or my wife's neck. made for a medium sized person at best. My 13 year old daughter could wear it but even her setting was to the high side in size? She shouldn't even be close to maxing out size on this. Largest setting woudl go onto my wife but was so tight it was painful for her with the plastic digging into her shoulders, chin head etc. Daughter said the same thing once she started using it, was more painful than helpful on where it meets your body VS helping your neck. total Gimmick.

Exceeded my expectations
I have serious neck pain which includes disc issues at C2, C6 and C7. I have tried many different approaches to help alleviate the pain and dizziness. I have been using this product for only a week, and already notice some improvements.Yes it's not cheap, but it feels like a medical device and for the first time I can actually feel the traction and it's done wonders for my neck pain so far. I am only doing 20 minutes one time per day, buy after this week I will change to 15 minutes twice per day, and eventually 30 minutes twice per day.If you are on the fence, just give it a try I did and I am very happy with the results so far.
