Q: supposed to be damp? My entire bag of salt is wet, like beach sand.

I don’t think it should be wet like beach sand. Maybe damp. I did not have a problem with mine. I still have some and it is not even damp. I would have retuned it.

No, I would not store salt in plastic containers. The best would be glass, clay, or ceramic. The reason for this is that salt can corrode plastic.

Q: Is this salt suppose to feel wet????

Mine seems to feel wet, not sure if it is "supposed to", I don't really think about it and use it anyways. I love it! But I only take alittle and put it in my mouth, I don't use it for cooking, I mainly use it for the health benefits, all the minerals
