Your Body Can Talk: How to Use Simple Muscle Testing for Health and Well Being Paperback – November 15, 2014

Awesome product. The only thing I miss (and I haven't read it all but looked and couldn't find it) is that I wish the hand signs were in the back of the book as well as where you have them because I have had to copy each page so I could practice and not have to copy the page or look at and find each page. But beyond that it is a very good book. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in energy medicine.

Great book, for herbalist course

This book isn't what I was looking for. I was hoping for the "guts" or detailed information on Dr. Beardall's handmodes an how to use them. Having been treated with Dr. Beardall's muscle reactivation techniques, I'm finding I need a deeper look into my body systems and the clinical kinesiology practitioners I've been to do not know how and/or won't take the time to use the handmodes and other aspects of the process to accomplish this. The muscle reactivation is a large portion of the Clinical kinesiology healing process but without the knowledge and incorporation of clearing associated emotions, chakra imbalances, and handmodes to help identify any underlying imbalances, (that are mentioned in this book but not laid out for full use in this book) the healing process is incomplete and the affected muscles may shut back down again. Dr. Alan Beardall's son Christopher Beardall sells his fathers manuals but only to licensed practitioners. If its an instruction manual for the whole process you are looking for, this is not it. Not even close.

I found this book extremely informative and helpful in taking control of my own health care. The chapters discussing leaky gut and candida were particularly useful, but every time I pick up the book I find a new nugget of information. I will keep this on my reference shelf and go back to it again and again.

Not enough information, not a technical..General very general information... I have no use for it.

A very common sense, but highly effective process to gather accurate data on your body's status with practical solutions for healing.
