Q: Is it effective in wardrobes?

I have not used it for that but I dont see why not.

Q: Excellent product but "kitchen paper" for protection in the microwave is vague. Do they mean something hard like baking paper or soft kitchen tissues?

They mean kitchen roll, just helps moisture get absorbed rather than leaving all the water in the microwave itself, ps, don’t put the pink/blue dot face down, leave it facing up or it will transfer to the kitchen roll

Q: Do these stay put on the anti slip mats while driving please?

I just leave mine under the car seats I don't use the mats at all.

Q: How often do you need to recharge these? My car has a bit of a moisture problem (no leaks but when cold, water lines the inside of the windscreen)

We’ve had them in our camper van for three months and so far they haven’t needed recharging. We use it regularly and have four dogs so the van’s not exactly moisture-free.
