This is well made, sturdy and looks decent enough gracing my home. It was so well packaged I almost missed the small plastic ring that is needed to keep the upper pole secure, without it the top does not hold firm. Be careful to examine all the wrappings! There is no customer service telephone number provided despite an insert that says call us if you have a problem...???

I was hesitant to order based on reviews but needed something quick. The directions were easy to read, however the poles aren't marked. Directions say poles, A, A1, B.. etc but again no markings on poles. If you are at all mechanically inclined or can solve a puzzle you can figure out which pole goes where. Very sturdy. Love the 5 wheels so its easy to move around and doesn't topple over.

Assembly instructions were poorly done. The adjustable pole once assembled wouldn’t stay up.

Pole is difficult to lock in position and fails to hold the height I set it at.

This works pretty well. I recommend it to anyone who needs to receive IV fluids at home. It does what we need it to at our home.

This item is difficult to assemble. The instructions are not clear. The parts are sitting in my office waiting for intervention. More than one person has tried and failed.
