It’s battery operated—like everything in my life, including my enthusiasm—and thankfully doesn’t tick. Not even a whisper. This clock is quieter than my ex during emotional conversations. It hangs obediently on the wall and stares at you like a stylish wooden guardian of the passage of time. The Roman numerals are very helpful if you like your numbers confusing and your aesthetics on-point. At last, I can say “half past VIII” while pretending I know what that means. Would I recommend it? Yes. Especially if you’re trying to prove to guests that you have a personality built entirely from Etsy mood boards and antique fair impulse buys. Bravo, clock. You’ve done your job—and with style.

I chose this clock because it looked quite retro but it wasn’t as faded as I had anticipated. However it goes great with the colour scheme in my kitchen and fits in well. More to the point it is reliable and was easy to get going and put up so all in all I’m pleased with my purchase.

Love the clock, the colours and overall attractive, but it is not silent, ticks loudly despite trying to adjust it.

Looks lovely and worked for a few weeks then kept losing or gaining time. Returned and got another one, which has now started doing the same. Great clock as long as you don't want to use it to tell the time ☹️

Also für 13,50€ kann man hier wirklich nicht meckern. Die Uhr sieht dennoch hochwertig verarbeitet aus und passt mit ihren 20cm Durchmesser genau zwischen meine beiden Türen im Flur. Der Antike Look sieht richtig schick aus. Je nach Lichtverhältnisse wirkt das Zifferblatt leicht beige oder gar recht hell. Meine alte Uhr hat zwar tadellos funktioniert, fiel mir mit ihrem immer penetranteren Geticke aber gewaltig auf die Nerven. Deshalb musste Ersatz her. Bei dieser Uhr hört man tatsächlich überhaupt nichts. Bye, Bye lästiges Tick Tack! Ich finde sie super. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Alle Daumen nach oben und klare Weiterempfehlung.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well packed this clock was and worked great. It is very quiet and an attractive addition to my decorating!
