Why am I comparing this to Dymatize ISO100? Well, that's obvious. It's what we'd buy, including me, if Post hadn't acquired the company, jacked up the price, pumped out awful flavors and began monkeying with the formula. We've all used it for years and it works, but they've gone crazy, and we're now considering other options. Here is my honest comparison to Dymatize ISO100.PRICE: Winner, Signature Whey IsolateThe average price is $15 cheaper, and less up to $30 cheaper if you catch a sale or coupon.FLAVOR: DrawI've only tried Chocolate Fudge and the flavor is excellent. Just as good as ISO100 chocolate.SOLUBILITY: Winner, ISO100Signature does not dissolve perfectly with just manual stirring; some product will clump. I am assuming from this that it has a comparatively smaller percentage of Hydrolyzed Whey, which may affect how well your body may absorb the product.MUSCLE GAINS: DrawDespite the fact the Signature is less soluble, I have not had any changes in my muscle gains or retention. I've used the product following a long period of inactivity and atrophy, and it still took me the same amount of time that it did with ISO100 (about 2-3mo) to get back into prime physical condition. Note, I weigh in at 170lbs, so its likely I don't metabolize a full serving of protein anyway; if you are a bigger guy and need every last bit in that scoop, you could have different results.TRANSPARENCY: Winner, Signature Whey IsolateNow, what I like is that, unlike any other brand, they are completely transparent about how much hydrolyzed whey makes up their formula.In summary, it's cheap, tastes great and the manufacturer is transparent about what is inside. I don't think it has the same hydrolyzed whey content as ISO100, but that hasn't affected my workout results at all.

I appreciate that the company discloses what % is hydrolyzed vs not (Assuming they're telling the truth). Compared to other brands that just mention a blend of proteins in their ingredients, this company goes a long way to build trust. The chocolate flavor tastes amazing when mixed with other neutral flavored foods in a smoothie.
