Definitely Freed up space in our tiny bathroom. Very compact for an elongated bowl toilet. No problem flushing normal waste, even though it looks much smaller than a standard tank. Strong flushing action and uses very little water. Have used it about a month in our only bathroom, so a lot of daily use. Only complaint might be our current bidet was a little too big to fit. We might look for a smaller profile bidet. My husband finds it a little low for his bad knee, but height is good for me. So far so good.

The packaging was excellent and the delivery prompt. The item arrived in pristine condition, a welcome change from my previous purchase from another brand that came damaged. I adore its shape, the modern appearance, and the significant water savings it offers.

Came with fill valve that was defective. Customer service was not great, I replaced part myself and now it works as it should. Great size for smaller bathrooms and kids. It does sit short compared to normal toilets.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are. I expected it to be broken but it's packaged very well with very thick protection. The ceramic is nice and thick and it's well built. The side caps for covering the holes are kind of dumb but that's not a huge deal.

I really like this toilet it was very easy to installed we do not need to asseble anything evriyhing is there. All we hove to do was aline it, tie the scrws, conect the water hose and cover the sides holes.

Purchased it from Amazon Sept 2022, just started loosing water from the tank tried calling company and no one picks up sent them an email with pictures explaining that water is seeping out of the flush valve . They claim it’s fill valve which is not. Can’t buy the seal that’s warped locally and have asked them for help and nothing. Getting rid of the toilet and buying a new one from a reputable outlet. Don’t spend the money on this toilet parts are not available locally. Thank you
