Took a while to get used to it as originally it wasn’t keeping it air tight. But I’ve had a bit of practice and it’s decent. Not the easiest thing to use on yourself but it’s decent and excellent value for money

As someone who gets frequent sports massage or goes for treatment as I train quite a lot, this is helping me to save money as I can apply them on tight areas like my traps myself at home. Fairly easy to use by yourself or if you get someone to help too.

Generally a good product. The suction isn’t great on the cups though, they loosen quite easily.

My sports therapist uses cupping on my tight muscles so I thought I'd buy myself some cups to use at home. Wow, a game changer for me. After a long swim or hours on the motorbike, my shoulders are achy and sore. These are easy to apply and work really well. I would highly recommend them.

So far so good! Used it quickly on my shoulder area last night and I can finally lift my arms over my head and thats from one session, can't wait to see the full outcome!!
