Update-Company contacted me and gave me a return label and I had to wait another week for new umbers. Just unpacked them.... and guess what - it’s still the old batch! They are all thicker than the number “2’s”I can’t finish my mailbox until all this is wired and hung- so incredibly frustrating.Now I have to wait for new numbers to come out... hopefully they will send me an entire set and double check they all match before sending out. And I sincerely hope they will overnight it- so u do not have to wait for another week.*******I ordered 8 numbers to put on mailbox as well as a plaque to put them on. It has been a long waiting game. Finally got the plaque and attached the numbers.... and no.2 is not the same thickness as the other ones. I have 2 of them and both are the same ! Super frustrating

I used these backlit LED house numbers to make it easy for people to find the house dusk to dawn. Replaced old house numbers with these, powered by a 12V converter located in the garage. Work greats. Plugged the converter into a WEMO smart outlet, that in turn plugs into the AC outlet. Using Alexa, I programmed these number to light up 1/2 hour before sunset and power off 1/2 hours after sunrise.

The fastener kit provided is sub-optimal. The number is pre-drilled with holes that properly receive the included M4 threaded rods, making this the better mounting option (as opposed to the self-tapping wooded screws with beveled heads, which are also included and are shown in the product video); however, no nuts or washers are included for the threaded rod, so those had to be purchase separately. Also, having purchased multiple numbers, some came with threaded rods that are 2″ long yet others came with threaded rods that were 2⅜″, both of which are too long even if fully screwed in using the mounting plate and the longer of the two included spacers. 1½″ or maybe 1¾″ threaded rods should be provided instead so that the numbers can be mounted without extra rod length sticking out beyond the mounting plate, which impairs mounting the mounting plate itself! And, they should be provided consistently for all numbers. Finally, even if the unnecessarily self-tapping wood screws with a beveled head are chosen, the beveling of the head of the wood screws doesn't allow them to flush against the flat metal of the mounting plate. Sheet metal screws ought to be provided instead.

I was disappointed to see that the numbers look nothing like the pictures when they first arrived. After just one month the LEDs stopped working on one of the numbers which is going to require me getting an electrician to fix it.

So the "size" is not the size at all. It is the number that you want to buy. Even though the description clearly says "numbers", you get one number - for $70.I will be returning this product for a different number and size. I bought a 9 hoping for the biggest size. My house is far back from the road, so the bigger the better.Still looks nice. Just hoped the description and title were a little bit clearer.

We received our address numbers and are very pleased with the quality and service. My husband had a few technical questions and called Modern Lights ...they answered right away and they were able to assist my husband with a slightly difficult installation problem. It's good to put a voice to a business with someone that knows what they are talking about.

Our number arrived and can see how well made the number is. Came with everything needed to be installed.We installed the number today and it looks very nice on our house. Our address is now much more visible atnight as we had hoped. I would recommend Modern Lights numbers to anyone wanting to enhance the visibilityof their address. Highest possible review.
