Palmini Lasagna Sheets are a great substitute for lasagna noodles, especially for those on a low-carb diet, or are diabetics. The Palmini lasagna sheets absorb the sauce one makes, and when layered with ricotta cheese, and topped with mozzarella make for a delicious meal. I have purchased and used these Palmini Lasagna Sheets on multiple occasions and highly recommend.

Palmini noodles are amazing!! These make a lasagne that tricked my kids! The taste is very mild Palm heart and consistency is like al dente pasta.

They taste good. Are a bit harder to cut after cooking than I would have guessed. You can't tell any difference except for that. I was told to rinse them. REALLY WELL! I guess it worked.

Cut them into 1/4s and used them in place of wide noodles for beef stroganoff. Turned out good.

They do NOT bake like pasta...lower your expectations. It made my lasagna a soupy mess.

I made a lasagna with these and it wasn’t bad at all. When you get a big bite of the noodles in your dish, you can tell it’s not regular lasagna noodles. But it’s actually pretty good. I will definitely try them again.

This makes amazing lasagna , instead of using pasta. It had wonderful texture and in my opinion is filling and satisfies me. I highly recommend using this product instead of lasagna noodles, it's a low carb and calorie alternative if you using Weight Watchers app !
