Chemists used to stick Epsom salts and they were easy to obtain. I wanted some for an infected finger where the infection was causing swelling and pain and soaking the area three or four times a day in an Epsom salt solution woukd hopefully ease the inflammation and swelling by drawing it out. These salts are medical grade and I’m confident of their purity. They’re good for soaking in the bath after a hard days gardening and you can add a few drops of essential oil like lavender turning them into fragranced bath salts. Dissolve quickly and great quality.

Perfect for a relaxing bath! My partner uses it for a post football bath, it helps his muscles! Makes your skin feel really smooth.

Ok nothing special and cheaper elsewhere

This is brilliant stuff ! I had a muscle sprain in my lower back for over a week which was not going away, even after taking ibuprofen for a week. I decided to give this a go as I have used something similar in the past a while back. I ran a hot bath and poured in half the packet. I gave the water a good swirl around until it completely dissolved the salts. I got in and made sure I was fully submerged so that my back was fully absorbing the salts. I got out after about 25 mins and felt amazingly relaxed. I went to bed and the following morning I kid you not, my back pain was at least 85% gone ! I would highly recommend this for anyone with muscle/back pain.
