Apple MacBook Pro (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage, Magic Keyboard) - Space Gray (Renewed)

I really wanted to get a new mac book laptop for my niece for back to school and this one was perfect. It came in great condition and a charger included. It feels and looks as if it is new. It is a good price compared to buying the newest one brand new. I feel confident to send my niece to school with this mac book like she wanted. The size is perfect and it arrived like new. She also loves the touch screen pad at the top of the keyboard.

I was alittle skeptical about buying anything used but it was in my price range and i am also starting my djing journey so this was perfect for me! The macbook is in very good condition! I just received today so we will see how it holds up!!! But first impression.... great product and fast shipping!!!! Thanks

I want to emphasize that the product is supposed to be "renewed". Meaning that it should be working and show signs of wear (like a used item). These things are usually signs of cosmetic damage, wear, cracked screens being replaced and things like so. Manufacturers tend to sell Refurbished items that are carefully inspected and any malfunctioning parts are replaced and the item is resold in a "like-new" condition, hence the term "refurbished" instead of "used".I purchased a computer in March on this year that I have NOT used much due to not going on many trips this year. The computer was in GOOD working condition (still, has no issues) but about a month or so ago the battery started acting up. Typically a refurbished item from a manufacturer provides a warranty since the item should be in "like-new" condition, but this seller does not.With that in mind, it is safe to assume that the listing is not accurately describing the items that are being sold. They are NOT renewed, since nothing about them is new besides the "cleaned out storage". The computer was still showing signs of wear, the cable was still not an OEM charger, and as noted the computer didn't last very long.In the case of buying something in this used beat up condition (or like the listing says "renewed") I would advise against that and recommend purchasing a newer model that is new through a payment plan. I took this "renewed" computer to apple and they told me that the replacement battery for the computer would cost me about 350$ when I only paid about 500$ for the "renewed" computer.I reached out to the seller, in an effort to avoid posting a bad review describing the lack of quality control and the failure to list the computer as "used" rather than "renewed/refurbished", and still, to no luck, they said there was nothing I could do since the "return" window was closed.I won't say that all their computers are defective, but I was unfortunately one of the few with a bad one.

Great refurbished Mac book pro.The only downside was the power block failed within two days and cost an additional $80 to replace. Otherwise it is a great product.

It's not bad. It's my first ever Macbook Pro and it's amazing! I bought the excellent condition and when the Macbook arrived it looked brand new, except for a couple smudges on the screen but it looked great! The only problem is the battery life. It overheats probably after 30 min of use, and the battery itself last maybe an hour before it's low. But other than that it's easy to use and functions as it should.So if you're looking for a used Macbook Pro at a fair price, this is the best choice.Oh and also goes without mentioning, this is a Macbook Pro 2020.

Very pleased with this MacBook. Shipment was very fast. Came clean and spotless, like new, with Apple charger. Performance the past two days has been perfect, and I have tried all the basics; music, video, MS office apps, browsing, etc. Now, I am not a power user, gamer or programmer, so I can’t speak to performance at those levels, but for me it is perfect. This 2020 MacBook is the best laptop I have used. It’s fast, great new upgraded keyboard and plenty of storage. Very happy with this purchase. Perfect condition at a great price. If anything changes, I’ll update this. But as of now, this was definitely a good purchase.

So when I ordered this laptop, I paid like 50 bucks extra to get it shipped to me like two or three days after, the day came and I never got it. So I contacted customer service they said my package was stuck at the shipping faculty and they would "raise a flag" for it to be released. I asked if I would be returned the extra shipping for which I was told I would get it back as soon as it was shipped. So bout 48 hrs later I still hadn't gotten any updates on the shipping so I reached out yet again to check on it, they told me it was still stuck at the shipping facility and that he recommended I cancel the package, he offered to cancel it for me and I accepted. WELL THEN, a couple hrs later I get an email about how the package had been shipped so I reached out AGAIN and asked why it hadn't been canceled (which was fine all I wanted was my dang laptop at this point) and she goes on to tell me that they can't cancel things on their end... even though the man told me he was gonna cancel it. So whatever I asked about the refund for the shipping multiple times and they all told me I would get it back... I never got it back, they said in the end they couldn't give it back to me but she wouldn't give me a reason why besides the fact that is "wasn't in their control."Anyways long story short don't pay for faster shipping unless you are okay flushing that money down the drain. The computer is nice, it's in good condition physically. Not really any scratches or anything, but I will say the battery kinda sucks, it runs out so fast when I'm not even doing anything besides school work or watching Netflix, and it runs so hot sometimes. Definitely wouldn't buy this again, but it's not to say that I completely regret the purchase. If you are a broke college student like me looking for a cheaper option this is the way to go, other people in the reviews have had a lot of good things to say.
