Not took them for long enough so too early to see any difference
No information inside so was a bit disappointed as I needed to see how to take them, but so far agreed with me , doesn’t repeat on you either

Good for inflammation
My husband and I have a noticed a difference in our recovery after running since taking these. We haven't had any creaky joints either - rare for us (40 is the new 90 apparently). Would recommend.
