Made some great jam
I bought this for my first time ever making my own jam. I have to say, it worked a treat, and I made some delicious strawberry jam. I didn't need to add any "pectin" as I had read about online, this product, strawberries and a bit of lemon juice did the trick. This would be my go to for future jam making.

Not bad at all
Good product if a little expensive.However I have started to use it half and half with regular sugar and the jam sets too stiff if not.My first jam was like rubber! Lol

Works well, I would buy again.
The sugar with pectin seemed to do the job. 5 minutes of boiling the raspberry, lemon and sugar mix and it seemed to have reached the point where it would set. I would definitely use again.
