I've bought $300 cycling sunglasses in the past (I ride 2000 to 4000 miles a year in California)... these beat all of them: high brow, haven't scratched yet, very comfortable, lens is very wide... almost everything in my field of view is crisp, and they also keep the dust out. And the value is huge!!!!... I can't believe that these things (for me) beat out the big names in cycling sunglasses. The only drawback is that the tinting is quite dark, which is perfect for bright days, but not so great in the very early morning well before the sun rises, and at the equivalent time in the evening. So I bought a clear pair as well. Note: In hunting for sunglasses i also bought some other brands: if the glasses don't have a rubber nose thing (these do), they become quite uncomfortable rather quickly.

I had been using safety glasses with magnifier strips at the bottom for several years, but I noticed my neck getting stiff from always tilting my head back to read things at eye level. These glasses are perfect, I can see things I'm working on at any height or angle with no issues. It takes some getting used to that everything is magnified, when you look at something far away it's a little disorienting, but I've gotten used to it. The fit perfectly, they don't scratch, and I usually get about a year out of them before I break the ear pieces off.

I'm an older machinist and HR was going to start cracking down on the people using reader glasses. So I asked if the would approve these through the re-imbursement program & got a thumbs up. Best of luck, they work great, but be careful looking up too quick because these have a good range of you view!

I just purchased my 2nd pair of the tinted version (one for backup). It's nearly impossible to find full lens (not bifocal) sunglasses in a 1.0 diopter, especially with a bridge that is built into the frame (nothing to bend into place or that can bend out of place). So, after searching for those things again, my only real choice was to buy another pair of these. I use them for driving. They are dark enough tame direct sunlight. They also, have a wider viewing area than more traditional framed glasses. I also have 2 pair of the non-tinted version but they look a little geeky (according to my daughter) and look too much like safety glasses. So, that's how I use then non-tinted ones, as safety glasses when mowing the lawn or at the shooting range (they are great for that). The nose pieces can fall off but they just push back on, and I did have a lens come out but I was able to put it back in. That said, they're inexpensive enough that it's no big deal to simply purchase another pair. I highly recommend and will eventually buy again.

fast delivery, seem good quality and a good fit so stay in place even upside down. hopefully they don't scratch too easily over time. I've been searching for +1.5 full lense safety glassed for while and had bought a few pairs that haven't worked out so really happy to get these.

Don't know where all these glowing reviews are from! For nearly £20 I expected glasses that were supposed to magnify more highly than my prescription reading glasses. Absolutely no better than a Pound Shop 3.5 Easy Reader type. Come on Amazon; where's your Quality Control?

I really like these glasses. The diopter value applies to the entire viewing area, so if you’re working continuously at a set distance they are very effective. I fact after buying a pair at one diopter I bought another pair at a higher diopter so I can use them when working under vehicles or other confined spaces.
