I like to add these into our keto meals. I do wish they sold them in more stores. They are a bit chewier than regular pasta but it is nice to have them in soup or a pasta dish with chicken.

Everyone enjoyed the salad I made with this pasta. And then I made a hot meal with it. Again everyone liked it. Just one thing to note, eat it right away when first cooked. It does get mushy when it sits or is reheated. Still tastes good but not as eye appeals.

Love it! One of my favorite pastas. Shipped super quick and nothing was crushed.

This is Mushy and all the boxes I received were 49 carbs per serving (different types of pasta). While I was getting this to be free of Lectins, carb wise it is not good for low carb. I prefer al dente pasta and this was mushy no matter how I cooked it. Forget about reheating- it becomes a ball of product. Will not purchase again, esp for this price. While I expect it not to taste like wheat pasta, if you try just know it tastes like it not cooked through even though the consistency is soft....not sure how to explain. Just not for me and too many carbs.

So I bought another of their products before and didn't like it, but this one was recommended in a cookbook I use, so I thought I'd try them again. I can't say that it's bad, but it's certainly not good. Sorry, it's a clear miss for me.

I have been AIP since August and this is one of my favorite things to prepare for dinner. The texture is good though you have to be very careful not to overboil it.
